Of course, it is NOT my STYLE to be submissive and lose myself since I respect myself!!! Besides nobody can control and subdue me by his words, esp. long-distance... I feel too FREE and self-confident for that to happen... Most young, modern..., evolved men though are not asking for that. My son is wonderful and treats his wife with respect as do most of my carefully chosen friends on Facebook. Nevertheless we can be STUCK on SEMANTICS and cultural "SHOCKS" since words can be interpreted in a multitude of ways!!! We are contacting people from all over the world with such different "worldviews" and "etymology linguistically" so TOLERANCE is needed. The ESKIMOS have 20 words for different kinds of "snow" but I have only ONE in French [ neige], ONE in Spanish [nieve] and ONE in English [ snow]... We all want LOVE and RESPECT... but we all have a SHADOW [... the other kind of shadow...] the one where we go at times [ in our wounds and fears] and come back out enRICHed... hopefully !!!
