If you look at this picture and the next one, you can see
the man removed the street pillar to get out his car from
that place.
He used the same method to get in, of course. At this point
he got his car out, and is just putting the pillar which he
removed back. That's why his door is open.
He just found a very good and free parking place in Dresden
central area, where you can find very hard a place to park .
